On June 30th, 2025, the official handover of the EMS (Energy Monitoring System)<\/strong> project took place at the Ministry of Energy and Mining building in Podgorica<\/strong>, marking the successful completion of the project<\/strong>.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Montenegro\u2019s energy efficiency improvement program has been ongoing for several years and is being implemented in multiple phases. In addition to building reconstruction, the project included the establishment of a Central Information System for monitoring energy consumption in public buildings<\/strong> – developed and implemented by Alarm automatika.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The project covers a total of 193 public buildings across Montenegro<\/strong>, where a unified solution was installed for monitoring electricity and water consumption, as well as tracking the carbon footprint (CO2 emissions).<\/p>\n <\/p>\n On behalf of the Ministry of Energy and Mining, the project handover was signed by Bo\u017eidar Pavlovi\u0107, Director General of the Directorate for Energy Efficiency, with colleagues \u0110or\u0111ina Lovri\u0107 and Merisa Zoronji\u0107 in attendance.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Representing Alarm automatika, the handover was signed by Project Director Senad D\u017eabija, joined by Finance Director Milica Ble\u010di\u0107 and colleagues from the Montenegrin office, Mladen Savovi\u0107 and Maida Kurtagi\u0107.
