How can building protection systems work together more effectively? How can installation be simplified, and new technologies put to practical use? These were some of the questions we explored with partners at Bulgarian Security Summit, held on 28\u201329 October 2026 at the Inter Expo Center in Sofia<\/strong>. As a diamond sponsor, Alarm automatika contributed through product demonstrations, a keynote and two expert sessions, all under the theme \u201cRegional strength, local commitment.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

A standout moment was the award for Ajax wireless Grade 3 devices in the intrusion detection category<\/strong>. For Alarm automatika, an Ajax distributor since 2018, this recognition further highlights the value of the technology we bring to our partners, backed by expert advice and local technical support.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Our stands attracted a large number of visitors<\/strong> throughout both days. Demonstrations sparked discussions about equipment selection, integration options and specific project requirements. DVC video surveillance and intercom systems, alongside Ajax security solutions<\/strong>, drew particular interest.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Visitors also explored ATTE converters<\/strong>, which enable Ethernet data and PoE power transmission over existing coaxial cables. Tedee smart locks<\/strong> demonstrated the convenience of keyless entry, app-based control and digital access sharing.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Another popular demonstration brought together ABsistemParkLite software, a Comunello barrier and a DVC licence plate recognition camera<\/strong>. Visitors saw how this fully integrated parking solution manages vehicle entry and exit.<\/p>\n

The strong turnout at both expert sessions<\/strong> reflected our partners\u2019 interest in exploring technologies and their practical applications in greater depth. In the first session, Ilija Pavleski and Theodor Makedonsky<\/strong> explained how building protection systems can work together, including the integration of fire detection with other life safety systems. In the second, Hristo Veselinov and Sanjin Hr\u0161ak<\/strong> introduced innovations designed to improve efficiency and simplify the implementation of security systems.<\/p>\n

Theodor Makedonsky, Director of Alarm automatika Bulgaria<\/strong>, offered a broader perspective in his keynote, \u201cNew Technologies as Tools for Addressing Today\u2019s Challenges.\u201d<\/strong> He discussed the role of AI, IoT, cloud technologies, wireless systems and mobile applications in the shift towards more connected and proactive protection.<\/p>\n
