For its customers and partners, Alarm automatika regularly organizes educations for use and programming of the technical security systems. Their main purpose is to raise the quality of service provided to end users. In principle, the trainings are related to the particular equipment manufacturer (DVC, Inim, Ajax, DSC, Jantar, etc.) and adapted to the roles that the participants are engaged in (technical security installers, security CSM operators, electrical installers).
Trainings’ model and number of participants
Trainings’ models are tailored to the requirements of the participants and focused on practical work with products, systems and software. It is mostly of the workshop type, which means that the participants, after the instructor’s introductory presentation, work independently with devices and software, and can immediately connect, program or tune them. The number of participants is limited to eight persons, in order to assure that each participant could work independently with specific equipment.
Applications
The implementation of each program is organized when a sufficient number of participants apply. At any time during the year, you can express interest for some education programme, with an e-mail sent to your contact person in Alarm automatika. This is followed by feedback on the first available date in which the specific program will be implemented. Places in workshops are filled by the order of applications’ receiving.
Certificates
Participants receive a Certificate of Attendance, after successfully attending the program.
