Fire protection measures affect various spheres of construction and use of facilities. In addition to construction and organizational measures, fire protection also includes various electronic systems whose purpose is to ensure early detection of fire, it’s rapid signalling to people in the fire-affected area and the fire department, and safe evacuation of people.
The lecture will discuss important aspects of establishing fire protection measures – regulations that regulate it and technical aspects important for the correct selection of equipment and solutions.

The application of fire protection measures in all countries of the region is regulated by special regulations and is subject to inspection supervision. The panel discussion Fire protection – regulations and its implementation will primarily discuss the implementation of current regulations (laws and ordinances) and technical standards, the effect of individual provisions on fire safety and the need to modernize regulations.
The panel discussion forms a whole with the expert lecture Fire protection – regulations and technical aspects, which will be held after it. The panellists will be representatives of various bodies responsible for the implementation and supervision of fire protection – the Ministry of the Interior of Macedonia, the Ministry of the Interior of Croatia, the Chamber of Certified Architects and Certified Engineers of Macedonia and the Chamber of Technical and Private Security of Macedonia.
