The annual iDEA Classic® conferences of Alarm automatika has traditionally full of sales, technical and marketing innovations that attract more and more customers every year.
This year, conferences were held in Zagreb and Split (which gathered more than 150 experts from the technical security industry) and continued throughout the region – in Ljubljana, Sarajevo, Podgorica, Belgrade, Bucharest, Skopje and Tirana, finished with final meeting in Rijeka. All of the conferences featured news from the iDEA Classic® solutions offer, and participants also received a new edition of the “iDEA Classic Catalog for 2019” in the different languages depending of each country. A catalog was also made in Hungarian and will be presented to customers at daily meetings and at the SecuriForum Budapest fair in October this year.
Speakers at the conferences lectured about news and solutions from the video surveillance (DVC® FaceID face recognition as the main novelty and SmartIP 3.0 and AHD 4.0 technologies and AI + servers), antitheft alarm systems (eg Ajax wireless compact systems as well as many others) intercoms (DVC®), fire alarms (Inim®), access control (Jantar®, InOut®), and centralization and integration (ABsistemDC®). Particular attention was drawn to mobile application presentations in each of the above mentioned iDEA Classic® segments intended for both end-customers and installers, as well as updates from the our B2B portal for better customer service (eg personalization or the ability to add a corporate logo to a user profile, which is then displayed in all offers to end-customers). The closing word at each of the conferences was a presentation of the trends in business and technology of the security market, which attracted the attention of most visitors.
As the Alarm automatika company celebrates this year it’s 30th birthday, the conferences served as a chance to celebrate this great anniversary together with customers, partners, business friends and employees.
