On Thursday, January 29, 2026, Alarm automatika brought together its regional team in its new home – in the very place where the company’s story began more than 35 years ago: Rijeka.
On this occasion, around 170 colleagues from across the region gathered in Rijeka – coming from Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia, North Macedonia, Albania, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Slovakia, and Hungary – to mark an important milestone for the company and to visit the new offices of the Rijeka team.
The new workspace has been designed around a modern open-space concept, offering more natural light and more individual work areas, with a clear focus on strengthening collaboration and communication between teams. The offices are tailored to support teamwork while also providing a comfortable and functional environment that enables growth, development, and even better results.
That the new offices truly serve their purpose was evident from day one. They were tested at full capacity – filled with laughter, multilingual conversations, and a vibrant energy flowing through the hallways. Still, this gathering was about more than informal socializing (even though the sea view was a great bonus). Employee education was at the heart of the event, as no gathering is complete without the exchange of knowledge, fresh perspectives, and those valuable “aha” moments we carry into our everyday work.
Between educational sessions, colleagues enjoyed a gastro corner featuring flavors from all the countries where we operate – a small European tour without a passport. For those with a competitive spirit, darts and foosball brought an extra dose of energy, reminding us how important precision, quick reactions, and teamwork are – both in play and in business. Congratulations to the winners, and to everyone who proudly represented their offices with great enthusiasm.
