Three days of learning and exchanging experiences passed in an excellent atmosphere—filled with joy at finally meeting in person colleagues whose faces we had known only through Microsoft Teams, and with great pride in the business results we have achieved together.
The highlight of the gathering was undoubtedly the joint dinner at Lička kuća – a beautiful setting for wonderful people. Boris, our President of the Management Board, summarized the business results of the past year and congratulated us all on our success.
The peak of the evening was the awards ceremony, honoring colleagues who have been part of Alarm automatika for many years, as well as those whose performance stands as a positive example to others.
We would like to thank our long-serving colleagues for their loyalty, patience, and contribution, measured not only in years of service, but also in the human relationships they have built along the way:

Special thanks go to our top performers – those who went the extra mile over the past year. They took responsibility, stepped up when needed, and brought additional energy to both the team and the company. Three awards were presented in each of the following four categories:
- Direct Project Sales: Anđelka Žagar, Ines Cero, Duško Pralica
- Indirect Project Sales: Željko Rendulić, Strahinja Lazović, Dražen Batory
- Wholesale: Ivan Pustaj, Sanjin Hršak, Jan Derik
- Service and Cost Centers: Marija Paštar, Marino Mileta, Safet Omanović, Ivica Francetić
The top-performing department of the past year was Direct Project Sales Croatia, the top-performing branch office was Alarm automatika Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the best POC (colleagues from different departments working on people-focused challenges and uncovering opportunities) was Human Resources.
The beautiful setting of Lička kuća once again proved to be the perfect place for wonderful people. Warmed by open fireplaces and open hearts, we enjoyed each other’s company long into the night.
