This year’s Partner Day 2026 in Sarajevo carried special significance. More than 50 partners, customers, and friends of Alarm automatika gathered to celebrate a major milestone – 20 years of successful operations of Alarm automatika BiH.
Held on June 3rd in the pleasant surroundings of the Golf Club, the event combined business presentations, reflections on shared achievements, and, above all, the opportunity for people who have built relationships based on trust and cooperation over many years to come together.
Although Partner Day is traditionally an occasion to present the latest products and solutions from Alarm automatika’s portfolio, this year’s edition was primarily dedicated to the people and partnerships that have shaped the company’s two decades of business in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The programme opened with short and dynamic presentations by Luka Kučić and Žarko Regodić, who introduced the latest developments and highlighted the most important directions outlined in the new catalogue. Presented in a more concise format than in previous years, the focus was placed on key market trends and solutions that bring added value to partners.
The highlight of the evening was the address delivered by Boris Popović, President of the Management Board of Alarm automatika, and Ines Cero, Director of Alarm automatika BiH. They reflected on twenty years of growth, challenges, shared successes, and partnerships that have marked the company’s journey.
A particularly emotional moment was the presentation of appreciation awards to long-standing customers and partners who have been working with Alarm automatika BiH for the past two decades. As a token of gratitude for their trust and shared growth, they received commemorative certificates and symbolic gifts.
Following the official programme, the gathering continued with a rich buffet, live music, and a relaxed atmosphere that lasted well into the night. Guests began arriving from 5:30 PM, while the last attendees departed around midnight, accompanied by music, smiles, and the unmistakable sound of a traditional accordion.
We were especially delighted to receive numerous sincere congratulations, kind words, and thoughtful gestures from our partners throughout the evening. These moments confirmed that the greatest value we have built together over the past 20 years lies in the relationships between people.
