Panel Discussion “Quality Vs. Pricing in the security and safety industry” opened a series of questions related to the price / quality relation of products and services in the security and safety industry of the region.
The discussion started with the thesis that the availability of products and services of a large number of manufacturers (ie. great competition), is forcing companies to fight for a lower price in order to survive in the market, which in turn results in a lower level of quality. During the discussion, the participants agreed that this could be the case, but as a conclusion it was pointed out that even in the regional market quality service has its price and that users are willing to pay it. Along with representatives of other leading companies in the region – Bosch, Nikob, Videotec and Coin, our colleague Slaven Crnkovic, director of export of Alarm automatika, took a part in a panel discussion.
