Alarm automatika’s employees are going to remember beginning of the October 2022 by biggest gathering (so far) at an educational conference in beautiful Istria, in beautiful weather.
We took advantage of the arrival of colleagues from all countries where Alarm automatika operates at the Adria Security Summit, extended from Zagreb to Istria, held an educational conference, socialized, worked on improving knowledge and skills, and exchanged ideas. Colleagues from 11 countries and 15 cities of the region gathered, more than 180 of us.
It was an exceptional and unique opportunity to meet colleagues in person who only see each other through the Teams application, to meet colleagues who rarely cooperate due to the nature of their work, for seniors and juniors to exchange experiences, to agree on some specific activities and to present the company’s strategy over the years which follow.
